Inner Reverberation – Part 1

More and more people are getting stress day by day. Stress management centers are on the increase. This increase in number shows how people are unhappy with today’s living. One way to reduce stress they find is Yoga and Meditation. Yet there are different kinds of meditation practices which again results in a single question – What is Meditation?

“Inner Reverberation” – explores this question in detail. If meditation can reduce stress and end conflict in human life, then why it is overlooked? Or is it that our perception of meditation itself wrong? Is there a right way of meditating? These two part documentary tries to probe into these questions.
